Tuition Payment Policy

Our school is a non-profit Christian ministry that depends on timely tuition payments to maintain affordable tuition rates. It is, therefore, imperative that we receive payment of all fees and that it is understood that the payment of all fees is the responsibility of the parents/guardians.

The tuition payment policy for Grace Fellowship Academy is as follows:

• Tuition may be paid monthly, with payments due by the 1st of each month. The first payment is due August 1, 2011 and the final payment is due May 1, 2012. If your tuition payment is not received by the 10th of the month a $25.00 late fee will be assessed to your account. There will be a returned check fee based on what the bank charges for insufficient fund checks. If extenuating circumstances arise preventing payment being made, school administration must be contacted immediately. If no effort has been made and suitable arrangements for payment are not in place, after 30 days your child will no longer be permitted to attend class until the account is current. Our intent is not to deny any child the opportunity to attend our school, but rather to promote communication between us should payment become a problem. Delinquent accounts (30 days past due) will be forwarded to a collection agency. If this occurs any additional collection charges will be added to your account.
• Tuition may be paid in full. A 5% discount is given to those choosing this option by July 31, 2011.

Tuition payments do not completely cover the cost of educating your child(ren) at Grace Fellowship Academy. The difference is covered by donations and fundraising. In order to lessen the budget deficit faced each year please consider adding an additional dollar amount to your tuition payment. This extra amount would be considered tax deductible. When making a donation please designate the amount on your monthly tuition statement.

Registration Fee

Curriculum Fee

Kindergarten: $175.00
1st – 8th: $285.00
*Curriculum fees are due at the time of registration.

Annual Tuition

Kindergarten – 8th grade: $4,500 per year

Athletic Fee

Boys Basketball: $45.00/year
Girls Volleyball: $45.00/year

Discount Options

• Payment in full by July 31st: a 5% discount
• Sibling discount of 10% for each additional student
• Discount available to Grace Fellowship Church members
